JWDA provided comprehensive architectural services including the planning and design of this major affordable housing project, a 136-unit development located in the heart of San Diego's East Village that will promote safety, stability, and a healthy community for residents and businesses in the downtown area. 16th/Market will offer attractive, sustainable, and livable high-rise design in 40 one-bedroom units, 51 two-bedroom units and 45 three-bedroom units and expand socioeconomic diversity in downtown San Diego. |
