Highlights |

The Lotus Creative Center is a new master planned technology district in Shanghai, China along a growing multi-modal transportation corridor located between the outskirts of the city proper and the airport. The project will provide a creative workplace and district anchor for technology and research industries. The project utilizes sustainable technologies such as daylight and zoned light sensors, occupancy sensors automatically switch off in areas not in use, water efficient fixtures, rainwater and greywater capture & filtration for re-use, photovoltaic systems for electricity generation as well as other strategies for reduced impact. |
