Highlights |

Designated as the District's Center for Technological Excellence, the 42,000 square-foot facility offers general classroom space, computer labs, multipurpose rooms, administrative offices and an integrated 300-car parking structure. Sustainability and green building practices play a grand role here as the District has charged JWDA with ensuring that the project meet at a minimum the LEED gold level with the possibility of a platinum rating. To this end, the facility has been designed around an open air courtyard to ensure daylighting and natural ventilation while other areas of focus include energy and water use reduction. The facility will ensure the growth and performance of the region's high-tech workers. |
