Park Summit Tops Off!

On Friday, August 8, JWDA joined @FloitProperties, @SuffolkConstruction, and our project partners to celebrate the topping off of Park Summit in San Diego’s Bankers Hill, a major milestone marking the transition from structural construction to interior phases.

Its stepped massing maximizes the site’s layout and surrounding context, designed to complement the neighboring low- and midrise structures while offering spectacular views in every direction: park, downtown, and the Pacific Ocean.

Clean lines, floor-to-ceiling windows, and concrete balconies = contemporary living done right. Big thanks to our talented and hardworking design, engineering, and construction teams for getting us to this exciting moment. On to interiors!
