Currently under construction in San Diego’s downtown, Andia transforms a four-parcel surface parking lot into an alluring 40-story mixed-use tower with residential and commercial components. The 787,611 SF community’s four-story podium makes a street-level statement with a motor court entry, transparent residential lobby, and a wrapping of retail spaces.
