Additional services include a food pantry and social activities that encourage resident involvement, reduce isolation, and foster a strong sense of community. The ground floor features nearly 10,000 square feet of commercial and office space, creating opportunities for neighborhood activation and supportive programming.

This award reflects the collective commitment of Chelsea Investment Corporation and a dedicated team of internal and external partners who helped bring this project to life. Internal team includes Joseph Wong, FAIA, Matthew Geaman, AIA, LEED AP, Bert Shear, RA, Catherine Arreaza, AIA, and Zhuoxin Fang.
