JWDA Founder Joseph Wong to Participate in Special Presentation on the Grand Egyptian Museum

You're invited to a special Zoom presentation on the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) on Saturday, July 18, at 10:00 AM, featuring architect Shih-Fu Peng of Heneghan Peng Architects and JWDA Architects founder Joseph Wong.

Mr. Peng and his team won the international design competition for the museum in 2002, selected from more than 1,500 entries from around the world. After more than two decades of design, planning, and construction, the Grand Egyptian Museum stands as one of the world's most remarkable cultural landmarks.

Joe Wong, FAIA, is honored to serve as Co-Presenter for this special event, helping to bring this inspiring story to attendees.

This event is part of the Chinese-American Experience & Beyond, a recurring lecture series hosted by the Chinese Cultural Center (CCC) at San Diego State University (SDSU).
