AIA Los Angeles Names Weingart Tower Team 2025's Building Team of the Year

The AIA|LA Board of Directors Awards Building Team of the Year Award recognizes the collaborative efforts of the entire project team in achieving exceptional results. We are incredibly honored to be part of the Weingart Tower 1A adaptive reuse team, who together balanced tight urban constraints, stormwater systems, and creative engineering to create this innovative and collaborative permanent supportive housing project.
